Old canopy over a balcony on the top floor (hard to reach) invaded by pigeons. The guys (Silvio, Vasile and Simone) did excellent work replacing the original canopy with a new structure and installing an anti-pigeon net. They made my balcony usable again. They were quick, accurate, proactive and adapted to unforeseen circumstances. My neighbour immediately asked about some similar work, so what else is there to say except see you soon :)

 I’m the manager of the apartment building at Via Silla Rosa De Angelis, 28 Tivoli. Given that I am also a resident in this building, when your quote was chosen, which included repairing and painting the gables and under-balconies using the rope-access method, I was against it because I didn’t think it was convincing and I was sceptical of its success. As the work progressed, however, I changed my mind because the work was carried out skilfully despite the workers being suspended from ropes.

The strong points of this company are skills, professionalism, punctuality, kindness, cleanliness and competitive prices. From the architect Arcangelo Cuccovillo, who after the survey sent me an extremely detailed quote for the work, to the work co-ordinator Francesco and the rope-access workers Gaetano and Michele, everything convinced me that doing work does not always have to be a nightmare with inconveniences, unforeseen expenses or problems. Everyone was extremely professional in every phase of the work carried out and always willing to fulfil my requests. Great work.  In record time, Edilizia Acrobatica solved some safety issues that were concerning me a lot and that would have taken other companies ages and at a very high cost. They were capable, fast and accurate, but in particular, they worked conscientiously both in terms of labour and materials. Particular thanks go to engineer Enrico Boccianti from the Bari franchise (who co-ordinated the work with the skill of an opera conductor) for his skills, willingness and kindness.

We hired Edilizia Acrobatica on 31 August 2018 to fix a pipe and replace a downspout on a small apartment building in the historic centre of the commune of Genzano (RM). All of the construction companies who work in a more traditional way that we contacted refused to carry out the work due to access problems in the repair area, since it was impossible to install scaffolding. Thanks to word of mouth, we were put in touch with this company. We were immediately impressed by the company’s professionalism and organisation. The quote we received was clear, on time, contained photos and details and the cost was reasonable. The work was carried out on the agreed date, in very little time with accuracy and precision. After arriving perfectly on time and carrying out an attentive and professional survey, Mr Palumbo reassured us about the inspection work on the roof and sent us an honest and clear quote in good time. From there, dates were soon suggested for the work that we quickly evaluated and accepted.

When the team of professionals, Nicola and Davide, arrived on site, they asked for more information about the leaks that had been causing problems for some time. They then explained to us how the work would be carried out to fix them. In a few minutes they made everything secure and started fixing the issues, working for the whole morning without a break.

Without a doubt, one of the advantages is the fact that no scaffolding is used, which is no mean feat in the narrow streets of old town centres.

There was no other choice, also considering the façade bonus and the credit transfer.

It’s a young, dynamic company that is attentive to its clients’ needs. It has a lot of potential, but could improve on many aspects. For example, training a “colour technician” who knows how the materials used react to changing supports, how the chromatic tone is transmitted and knowledge of the light saturation index and so on to limit waiting times. There is little point in waiting six days for the colour preparation after the shade is approved by the municipal technical office.

Having said that, the guys were worthy of praise.

They were keen, kind and polite and tried to limit any kind of disturbance that work sites can cause to clients. Thanks to Michael, Nicola and Massimiliano. There was great team spirit and they were ready to help even if they were busy on other sites. The leading-edge nature of Ediliziacrobatica is a very important quality.

When building work is undertaken, it is always necessary to take into account that there will be some hiccups. There were some, but in any case, at the moment, the experience with Edilizia Acobatica was a positive one (time will ultimately tell).
