Partial restoration of your balcony: if you only need to fix the soffit<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

During restoration work on building fa\u00e7ades, we very often find ourselves having to intervene with renovation operations on balcony soffits<\/strong>. As the years go by, it is inevitable that the undersides of balconies will show signs of erosion, bulging of the plaster or oxidation of the metal parts and, in the most serious cases, even material becoming detached<\/strong>, which could cause damage to the property or people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not only is intervention on just the soffit possible, but with us it is also much more economical: by choosing to carry out the work you need using the double safety rope technique<\/strong>, you avoid having to enclose your building in scaffolding and you benefit from work performed to perfection with reduced execution times, often saving not only time but also money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOW IS SOFFIT RESTORATION CARRIED OUT?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When performing maintenance or renovation work on soffits<\/strong>, our construction workers also follow the planned phases of work using the double safety rope technique, therefore without installing scaffolding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the damage to the underside of the balcony is only superficial, a simple restoration of the plaster<\/strong> is carried out, however if the damage is greater, a more complex intervention<\/strong> is required. As a first step, our EdiliziAcrobatica construction workers carry out a staking process and remove the detaching parts<\/strong>. If necessary, they treat the reinforcing rods by brushing and, in addition, passivate them with rust converters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a second step, the bottom is cleaned and the removed parts reconstructed<\/strong> using reconstituted fibre-reinforced thixotropic skimming mortar. Once the surface has dried, the intervention is concluded with a coating stage<\/strong>, using a protective paint for exteriors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
