I\u2019ve always worked in sales in the fashion industry. I started out as a worker and then became I manager. However, I wasn\u2019t satisfied. I always wanted to do something independently, I wanted to use my skills and open a business that was all mine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meeting EA happened by chance in March 2020, right in the middle of lockdown. I came across them in a webinar by Anna Marras who was telling the story of EdiliziAcrobatica and its mission. She was talking about the focus on people, how it was important to make it a central driver of business and how that was done at EA. Basically, it was everything that I studied at university, but no business had ever actually done it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before I discovered the company and got to know the its core business, I was fascinated by Anna and her words, and in terms of the human part of the business, it was something I had been looking for for a long time. From there, I saw that there was an opportunity to combine what I wanted, having my own business, and at the same time, joining a company with values and principles that are important to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So, I started getting information and I got in touch with the contact person for the franchising project, Alessio, to find out more and understand how to proceed. We met (online, of course) and from there, other than the charm of the human side, I saw that there was huge potential in business development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I fell in love with EA almost immediately, although I was a little hesitant because I was from a completely different world. However, I quickly realised that my past was actually an advantage, because I didn\u2019t have an prejudices or ideas about the construction industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And so my journey with EdiliziAcrobatica began, and what I had imagined has been continually confirmed. What thrilled and fascinated me was the training. I was surprised because it\u2019s mainly centred around personal growth, and I love the fact that the company really believes in what they say and applies their principles every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As of today, we\u2019ve started a new approach in the market in Perugia and we\u2019ve had great feedback. From September, we will be operational for all intents and purposes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The goal that I think I\u2019ve reached was setting out on the path that I\u2019d been reluctant to go down for a while, becoming a business owner. I\u2019m calm and relaxed in doing it because I know that I have a big company backing me up, supporting me and training me so I succeed in facing any challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you ask me what my dream is, it\u2019s definitely growing with my area manager and creating a second area along with my area manager because with a team like this, you can succeed in establishing unbreakable bonds and creating a true family.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n
