Emanuele, a young, 36-year-old civil engineer has been to many places in the last ten years to find the right path. He\u2019s a very proactive, ambitious and determined guy, in fact, in the week when he was supposed to have his graduation interview in Catania, he decided to go to Ferrara because he had signed up for a Master\u2019s and he had a huge desire for growth and knowledge. His professional career began in Emilia, allowing him to travel to many places, including in the north of Italy. But his desire to return home was always strong. He wanted to be close to his family again, go back to his homeland and smell the smells of Sicily every day. He missed it a lot. And at the start of 2020, he did just that and went home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the years spent in Lombardy, he got to know EdiliziAcrobatica, and despite being a part of the old school of construction, he was fascinated by the company because the innovation wasn\u2019t in using new materials, but instead in creating a new way of building. And this fascinated him so much that he started following all the company\u2019s successes and its growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then he saw that there was an open position in Sicily and couldn\u2019t think of a better company than this to send his CV to. In the various interviews, it transpired that there was an opportunity to open a new franchise here at home, in Syracuse. So, he thought about it and very courageously, but not recklessly, began this new journey because he always had the strong desire to give people career opportunities at home, as well as returning back there himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One of his goals was: \u201cStarting on a journey of growth that could guarantee well-being to myself and the people around me and being able to split the area in two, because that would mean that the investment was really perfect!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I started working out how doable it would be. Courageously, but not recklessly, I began on this journey to give opportunities to the people that had to leave their home for a better future. Giving people the opportunity to return home and build a future here, close to their families, gives me a indescribable sense of joy and peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
