Managing working at heights in Bologna for EdiliziAcrobatica\u00ae, a company specialised in construction work using rope-access, is young entrepreneur Andrea De Fazio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea De Fazio\u2019s story<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

He is 26 years old, with professional experience in sales and data entry behind him. Andrea is a young man with a lot of interests and big dreams to become a business owner, managing a company in Bologna, the city he loves. Despite being very young, he certainly has good instincts for business, and with EdiliziAcrobatica\u00ae, which specialises in working at heights, this dream is becoming a reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here, we can see him in the photo where everything started. We can see Andrea in the centre, surrounded by real guardian angels, Riccardo Iovino, the founder of EdiliziAcrobatica\u00ae, Domenico Caputo, one of the partners and former Sales Manager for the Piedmont area at EdiliziAcrobatica\u00ae, and Andrea Condelli, an entrepreneur in human resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They all believed in Andrea and wanted to get involved in his project of opening the Bologna branch of EdiliziAcrobatica\u00ae.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How did the adventure with EdiliziAcrobatica\u00ae begin?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI can perfectly remember how it all started. Around a year ago, we were at dinner. Riccardo was telling me about this new and ambitious project of taking EdiliziAcrobatica\u00ae\u2019s services to the whole of Italy, changing the way that construction is done in our country and ensuring the everyone has the opportunity to take care of their homes in the least invasive and interfering way possible. It would give owners of any kind of building the possibility to carry out necessary work quickly, with a standard of quality that always aims at excellence, avoiding the need for scaffolding and all the inconveniences it brings with it. That\u2019s how he brought up the idea of an EdiliziAcrobatica\u00ae franchise network. Whilst he was telling me about the first developments of the project, I immediately realised that I wanted and just had to be a part of it. Naturally, I didn\u2019t let the opportunity pass me by. In the following weeks, whilst visiting EdiliziAcrobatica\u00ae\u2019s sites and attending the first manager meetings and training days, I felt like I was part of a family. I could feel the enthusiasm and everyone\u2019s desire to work, <\/strong>and whilst listening to the details of the services, I thought that it would definitely be a huge opportunity for the city of Bologna. Adding value to my city. So, along with three other partners who believed in me, we raised the necessary funds and made a start. And now, I\u2019m sure that together we will do great things!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What about the EdiliziAcrobatica\u00ae franchising project attracted Andrea?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMy goal is 2 million euros of sales in the first year. The services offered by EdiliziAcrobatica<\/strong>\u00ae work on a large scale. In Bologna, I have had extremely positive feedback from both individuals and managers of apartment buildings, who find EdiliziAcrobatica\u00ae to be a company capable of managing the whole work process at a competitive price, quickly and completely safely.  Until now, I had always seen work being done with traditional building methods. Seeing that some work could be made possible without installing scaffolding immediately made me see the advantages that it brings and the revolution that this new technology is bringing to Italy.<\/strong> I\u2019m young and I can\u2019t help but be impressed by an innovative project. But now that working with professionals, I\u2019m seeing first-hand how much this is appreciated and searched for.\u201d<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are Andrea\u2019s goals?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMy goal has always been to have a business that is all mine one day. Becoming a business owner is my biggest dream. I\u2019ve always known Riccardo Iovino and the idea of pursuing this adventure in Bologna immediately won me over. I\u2019m convinced that it\u2019s a significant change.
